The Ethical Imperative of addressing your own Childhood Trauma in order to help you potentially extend your life span and the life span of the clients you serve.
This is a twenty-hour course. This course is accepted by MHACBO to count towards education hours for the CADC I application or for recertification for the CRM, CADC I, CADC II and CADC III. This course will fulfill the 6-hour ethics requirement for recertification as required by MHACBO.

May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4 and 11 - 2025 6 pm to 9 pm each day - Not So Basic, Basic Counseling Course
This class meets the MHACBO requirement for Basic Counseling for
CADC I Candidates it can also be used for recertification for CRMs or towards the CRM II.
This course may change your life and the lives of those around
you! Learn the foundational skills of deep listening that are
essential to counseling and positive human interaction. This course
will include an introduction to Non-Violent Communication to
supercharge your growing empathy abilities and will include an
introduction to Motivational Interviewing as applied to working
with people who suffer with Addictive Disease.
This class will be presented via Zoom.
This Course will result in 18 hours of
education and cost $250.
